No one wants to pay money and get nothing for it. We don’t like it either.

At DontPayTheTicket, you only pay our legal fees if we get results. Here’s what we mean: If your ticket is found committed at a Contested Hearing, we will refund the fees you paid us. If your ticket has more than one violation and any of the violations are found committed, then we will refund the legal fee for the additional violation(s) first. For example, if you have a ticket with two violations and we lost at contested hearing on either violation then we would refund the additional violation fee of $50, regardless of which violation was found committed. How much does it cost?

We charge $249 per ticket. For tickets with more than one violation, we add $50 for each additional violation within the same ticket. For example: a speeding ticket would be $249. If the same ticket also had a No Proof of Insurance violation, we would add $50 for a total of $299.

What about tickets that have both moving and non-moving counts?

We put a lot of work into representing you. If your ticket has a mix of moving and non-moving offenses then we will charge our standard $249 + $50 for each additional violation, even if one of the violation(s) is a non-moving offense.

What if my ticket has only non-moving offenses?

Generally, if your ticket only has non-moving offenses then we will probably recommend not hiring us. Why? Because it’s not worth it. There are exceptions, of course, so if you have questions then call. The call is free. 206-795-1779
