Some tickets have nothing wrong with them.  For those situations, our next step is to negotiate with Prosecutors to see if we can get it amended to a non-moving offense.  By doing this, we can keep the ticket from hitting your insurance.

In extreme cases, we'll discuss the possibility of using a Deferred Finding.  While not available to everyone, Deferred Findings can be a way to get your ticket dismissed.
